Gold Star Refunds’ team of auditors and research analysts review government files and documents across the U.S. in search of abandoned funds owed to private citizens, companies, and/ or organizations. Please note that time is of the essence: If these assets go unclaimed for too long, they are usually lost to the government agency holding them.
Call Us!
If you’ve received a telephone call, letter, or postcard from us, it means we have located funds that we believe belong to you or relative. Please contact us by phone as soon as possible so we can start your claim at (770) 752 – 2244.
Paperwork
Once you have spoken to one of our agents and verbally agreed to let us work your claim, we will set up an appointment for you to meet with a local notary to sign several pages of paperwork to allow us to get started. The notary will collect the signed documents from you, returning them to our office firstly for review, then for filing and processing with the appropriate government entity.
No Win. No Fee.
GSR works on a contingent basis, meaning that we’re paid a finder’s fee ONLY upon successful collection of your claim. We cover ALL expenses related to the claim until it is paid, and if the claim is unsuccessful, you owe us nothing. Claims processing can take up to 3-4 months depending upon the complexity of the case, and your share of the claim will be remitted to you within 30 days of receipt.
